Reading Pennsylvania Will and Trust Attorney

Call me for help administering an estate, or in the probate process. Anthony B. Rearden, III- (610) 372-5699. I am a sole practitioner in Reading, Pennsylvania. I handle all legal matters in probate and estate Planning including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Living Wills
  • Elder Law
  • Durable Powers of Attorney

You may feel overwhelmed after the death of a family member. I will be sympathetic to your family's needs, and will strive for a timely and satisfactory resolution. Don't be concerned about probate. I have 30 years experience as a lawyer and I "know the ropes" in the probate process.

Probate is the courts' processes of ensuring that a decedent's estate is distributed according to that person's last wishes. If these are not expressed in a will (the person has died "intestate"), then state law determines what becomes of the property.

Professional and Affordable

My law practice offers cost-effective and efficient assistance. My real estate license comes in handy in this area of the law, as well as in my real estate practice and my family law work.
